New Stuff

life has been anything but normal lately :-] 

friday i was a teacher for a day...

 and ramses embarrassed because he didn't do his report... or rather "i was still missing a few little things on it so i left it at home" [uh huh, suuuuure lol]

now, i have substituted in the past. had some minor behavioral issues, but nothing major. friday was... well... VERY ridiculous. i think i was mad/frustrated with one kid at least once every class because they just thought they could run the class room however they wanted. :-| not fun at all. needless to say i now have a new found respect for teachers - THANK YOU FOR TEACHING because God did NOT create me to teach. :-] 

 after school we witness the butchering of one of our pigs. (which is another new thing for me) we didn't actually see them kill it, but we were able to watch them take off the hair and stuff. interestingly as it was, it was also SUPER hot :-] so i was outa there after about 1/2 hour of watching haha

this is probably the CUTEST new thing ever.... 

 meet our new baby Luisa! :-] tell me she isn't just DARLING! lol

 jenna's currently taking care of her so please pray for jenna and luisa. pray for attachment and for wisdom is raising her. also pray for little Luisa's heart to grow to know Christ.

the next "new" things aren't exactly exciting for you, my readers, but they're exciting for me! lol 

 my curtains!! they were too long for my window so i've had them safety pinned for like... 2 years in my window! today i actually hemmed them all by myself! :-] YEAH! 

 i made myself a new shoulder bag. with all stripes :-] it fits my laptop which i love but i've been using all the time anyways. i even got a compliment on it today on how cute it was.... haha i think it's pretty mismatched but i like that look so it's all right. 

and my last "new" thing for today: new Reeboks! i decided to start running at night... we'll see how long this lasts lol i've been doing it for a week though and i'm honestly starting to enjoy it. :-]
